WORK AND ADMINISTRATION SECTOR PROGRAMS

"Work and Administration Sector", declared among the national qualifications by the Occupational Qualification Institute (MYK), defines occupational standards concerning employees such as call center workers, pollsters, occupational and SME consultants, career and skill management specialists. Such standards are defined with respect to national regulations and hence require sector employees to be trained and examined the most exact way possible.

TÜV AUSTRIA, with the accreditation provided by the MYK, holds effective training and examination programs and provides certifications with nation-wide recognition in work and administration sector.

15UY0203-4/00 CALL CENTER CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE (LEVEL 4)

15UY0203-4/00 Call Center Customer Representative (Level 4) National Qualification was approved by MYK Administration Board upon its examination by MYK Work and Administration Sector Comittee once it was prepared by the Call Centers Association - assigned by the MYK - based on the clauses stated in "Establishment, Duty, Operational Methods and Essentials of Occupational Qualification Institute Sector Committees", dated 27.11.2007 and "Regulation for Preparation of National Occupational Standards and National Competencies", dated 19.10.2015 and assessed by confering on related institutes and foundations in the sector.

TÜV AUSTRIA carries out training and examination programs on three subscopes under the main scope of 15UY0203-4/00 Call Center Customer Representative (Level 4) National Qualification
